Last updated September 16, 2026
Scope of this notice
This notice supplements the Privacy Notice for California residents. Rights and obligations depend on whether the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to Now Biz Fund and to the particular information or request. This draft requires final legal review before production.
Information covered
Personal information may include identifiers and business-contact details submitted through an inquiry, application progress, communications and delivery records, funding-request details, limited attribution, consent evidence, and privacy-conscious analytics when permitted. Sensitive documents are handled only through the protected application workflow.
Your potential California rights
Subject to applicability, verification, and legal exceptions, California residents may have rights to know or access relevant personal information, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.
Sale, sharing, and funding-partner disclosures
Now Biz Fund must classify its final data practices under applicable law before launch. Information may be disclosed to service providers operating the platform and, when an applicant requests or authorizes it, to funding partners evaluating a transaction. The final notice must state whether any practice constitutes a sale or sharing and provide any legally required opt-out mechanism.
How to submit a request
Email info@nowbizfund.com or call +1 (929) 744-5992 and identify the privacy right you want to exercise. Do not send bank statements, government identifiers, or account credentials by ordinary email. We may need to verify identity and authority before responding, and an authorized agent may be asked for proof of permission.
Verification, exceptions, and timing
We will use information reasonably necessary to verify a request and will explain a denial when required. Some records may be retained to complete a requested transaction, protect security, comply with law, exercise legal rights, or satisfy another permitted exception. Applicable response and appeal procedures will be finalized with counsel.
